In the practical part of this section of the SubitoCanto course, the teacher will initially interpret the vocalisations that the children will hear and then, after they have gained awareness of their vocal potential and self-confidence, they will reproduce them with their voices.
It is advisable, first of all, to make use of both correct posture and adequate breathing. To this end, we always suggest simple and enjoyable warm-up exercises, which you can find by clicking here.
During execution it will be convenient and opportune:
- breathe correctly as you learned previously
- control the intonation by being careful, therefore, to sing the notes exactly at their ‘pitch’;
- maintain an even volume by not exaggerating with forte or piano.
